The 2025 winners reflect the most forward-thinking, influential campaigns in the industry, earning global agencies top honors including 2 Grand Awards, 9 Gold Towers, 13 Silver, and 12 Bronze awards plus over 100 Finalist designations.
Top-tier agencies were recognized for innovative ideas and ways of storytelling including Klick Health earning Golds for its
heartwarming “18 Months” for foster-family support client Second Nature and “Voice 2 Diabetes” for KVI Brave Fund INC.
Other Gold-winning work included EVERSANA INTOUCH’s “No More Hippocrites” for Wisp and Grey Health NY’s “Louder than Cancer” for Amazon Music. In addition, our Winners Gallery features all work including Silver winners such as work like "Urban Doggie Fit" by Dentsu Creative France, "The Story of Henry Roberts" by Ogilvy Italy and "The Trial" by Klick Health, and other winners garnering Bronze and Finalist designation.
2025 winners
Between both Executive Juries, they awarded 12 Gold Towers, 20 Silver and 22 Bronze awards to the 2024 winners. In addition to the Medal Winners, the Grand Winner went to the campaign “The Most Beautiful Sound” created by Grey New York for American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). “The Most Beautiful Sound” was the world’s first project to capture the sounds of cancer cells dying.
The project is an exclusive partnership with Harvard Medical School and a two-year, scientifically-validated study designed to capture the sounds of apoptosis – cellular death – in cancer cells. The sound is used to aid patients during their healing process.

McCann New Jersey was in the spotlight for earning the 2023 Best of Show Award for their bold and disruptive campaign “House Rules.” Featuring Schitt’s Creek star Annie Murphy, “House Rules” delivered an empowering message while generating awareness of Phexxi to millions of women seeking pregnancy prevention that is hormone free.
